My name is Ashton Robinson. I’m a social media specialist and automotive photographer based in Southern California.
I’m currently available for automotive photography sessions, freelance social media, and other marketing opportunities.
I’m based in Temple City, California - and most likely sitting in front of my laptop right now.
While in university and after graduating with an undergraduate degree in communications, I’ve spent several years working in social media and photography for the automotive industry. Over time, I became more fascinated with the drivers of the cars themselves and turned my focus more towards automotive portraits instead of just vehicles.
Photography
I spent a lot of time researching and learning new ways to develop my photography. Looking into color theory, lighting techniques, lenses, etc., I’ve been able to craft a much more meaningful style to my imagery both in automotive and portraits.
Videography
I have spent a lot of time doing videography on the manufacturing side of things when it comes to the automotive industry, and have been able to transfer those skills to personal videography as well.
Social Media
I’ve spent countless hours learning and understanding all aspects of social media. Utilizing all channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), I’ve been able to learn different demographics and tailor my created content for each platform. Through various freelance gigs in different areas I’ve been able to learn other industries as well.
Today, I have a heavy focus in content creation and social media. I am constantly learning new ways to improve social strategy and taking on new freelance roles.
