Print’s not dead.
The world of print magazines has taken a very different turn in the last 5 years. I’ve been fortunate enough to have some incredible features of my work, and to have been featured in print myself. Here’s some examples.
One day in 2020 I had been taking photos for fun at Body Beach in Lake Havasu, AZ. I had posted some on my personal Instagram and a professional rider (Anna Glennon) had approached me from there about taking her photos for a feature with Pro Rider Magazine. I did a full shoot with her for the Rig Of The Month feature, showcasing her Jeep, her jetskis, and her. This was in the September/October 2020 issue of Pro Rider Magazine.
At the end of June 2021 I attended the 7th Annual Run Whatcha Brung event in Parker, AZ. An event where stand-up jetski riders came to hangout and showcase their amazing skis. I was fortunate enough to meet some of the greatest stand-up jetski riders of all time and take some photos of the event. Luckily, my photos were noticed by the editor and I was selected for their article. This was my second feature with Pro Rider Magazine and was in the July/August 2021 issue.
